• Usage Data: Task data, focus session durations, mood logs, and app interactions stored locally on your device.
• Device Data: Device type, operating system version, and crash reports for debugging purposes.
• Purchase Data: Subscription status managed through Apple's StoreKit. We do not store your payment information.
• Voice Input: Processed on-device using Apple's Speech Recognition. Not transmitted to our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App and its features.
• To personalise your AI planning experience through Kai.
• To manage your subscription and verify your Pro status.
• To improve the App through anonymised analytics.
• To respond to support requests or feedback submissions.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your task data and personal settings are stored locally on your device using SwiftData. We use Firebase Authentication to securely manage sign-in sessions. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

• Firebase (Google): Authentication and analytics.
• OpenAI API: Powers Kai AI task breakdown. Prompts may be sent to OpenAI servers. Do not include sensitive information in task titles.
• Apple StoreKit: In-app purchase and subscription management.

5. Children's Privacy

Focus Floe is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Your Rights

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
